  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

The Ministry of Education announces tele-plot contest on the topic “Future- is teacher’s composition” dedicated to october 5- The Day of International Teachers

As indicated in “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic”, goal of contest is on the following,
- development of human resources on the sphere of education;
- creation of “professional teacher” image;
- increase of reputation of teacher’s occupation;
- formation of positive public opinion regarding with vocational action of young teachers functioning in rural village schools;
- spreading of positive experience of the teachers who newly started their vocational action;
- motivation of young teachers to function in village schools.
Video-plots that serve to increase of teacher’s reputation, also reflected exemplary vocaional action of young teachers young teachers functioning in rural village schools, should be presented to the contest. List of the teachers who obtained higher points and newly started their action in rural village schools, have been added in contest’ s announcement. Heroes of the plots, should be the teachers indicated in the list.
Time keeing of the plots presented to the contest, should be lasted at least 2 minutes. Plots, should be demonstrated in television channels broadcasted within territory of Republic from october 1 to october 20. Author should transfer demonstrated version of broadcast materials in DVD and presented to The Ministry of Education.

Contest’s results will be announced on october 24- the day when “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic” was approved and winners will be awarded to valuable prizes.
