Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

“Union’ children” international annual cultural-education forum of CIS’ countries has been held in resort- fitness complex on the cost of Issik- Kul lake of Kyrgyzstan.

Forum is organized second times according to action plan of CIS’ Interparliaments Assembly.

Main goal of event was to keep cultural-moral customs, form new communication environment for the representatives of CIS’ participant countries through increasing the achievements of pupil and youth.

Larisa Doroshenko, teacher of classic gymnasium No. 160 in Baku and 6 pupils of this establishment represented our country in international event. Azerbaijani’ pupils made presentation about their gymnasiums, also they travelled on Azerbaijan in virtual carpet-plane.

Pupils from Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia also took part in the forum organized under slogan “Ecological culture and intercultural dialogue ecology”.

Interactive projects have been implemented in the forum, game-trainings, marsh and excursions were organized to beautiful places of Kyrgyzstan.

Finally, the participants were awarded to sertificate and memorail prizes.
