  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

II phase of contest held for admission in SABAH groups ended.

This phase of contest has been held on 06.07.2014 in Baku and Nakhchivan. Generally 1154 candidates took part in the examinations. Candidates’ knowledges on logical thinking and foreign language have been assessed in this phase.
Candidates who obtained satisfactory point under the results of II phase, are allowed take part in the last- interview phase of contest under the following specialties whose composition number permit formation of group:   
1. 050103- Foreign language teaching
2. 050104- Physics teaching*  
3. 050105- Mathematics and informatics teaching
4. 050106- Mathematics teaching*
5. 050111- Chemistry teaching
6. 050212- Law
7. 050213- International relations
8. 050401- World economy
9. 050402- Accounting and audit
10. 050403- Finance
11. 050404- Economy
12. 050407- Management**
13. 050409- Business adminstration**
14. 050504- Chemistry
15. 050509- Computer sciences
16. 050606- Oil- gas engineering
17. 050607- Oil- gas plants engineering
18. 050608- Power engineering
19. 050631- Computer engineering
20.050632- Information technologies and systems engineering
21. 050633- Architecture
22.050634- Civil engineering
23.050636- Transport construction engineering
24. 050641- Cherminstry engineering
Minimum point is determined 20 for “Education” and “Technical and Technological” specialty groups, but 25 for “Economy and management” and “Nature” specialty groups.    
*Taking part in the interview, the students who study at mathematics and physics specialties incorporated in “Nature” specialty group and meets the conditions, can study on mathematics and physics teaching specialties in SABAH groups accordingly with paid bases. 
**Taking part in the interview, the students who study on marketing and commercial specialties incorporated in “Nature” specialty group and meets the condiitons, can study on management and business adminstration specialties in SABAH groups accordingly with paid bases.
You will be informed about location and date of contest.
