28825 teachers of 357 schools took part in test assessment of the teachers funtioning at the secondary schools on Baku city. This is 96 percent of the teachers functioning at Baku schools.
Analyzes on the outcomes of test assessment were made and final conclusion was considered satisfactory. Results of test assessment includes detailed information like in what classroom will teachers perform teaching, optimal distribution of lesson hours, usage level of new teaching technologis, capabilty to make horizontal communication.
14. 4 percent of the teachers taking part in test assesment demonstrated weak, but 85.6 percent satisfactory result. 18.2 percent teachers demonstrated higher result.
Geography and mathematics teachers demonstrated relatively high, but Azerbajan language and literature, chemistry teachers relatively weak result.
Generally, participation of ther teachers who demonstrated weak result in retraining courses, pilot and other development-oriented projects, learning trainings will allow them change result’ quality.
