Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Change to monthly scholors of the students studying at USA, Switzerland and China, was made by Decision No. 220 dated July 4, 2014 of Cabinet of Ministers within framework of “State Program on study of Azerbaijan youth in foreign countries for 2007-2015”.

Reforms are being implemented by The Ministry of Education on the direction of development of current condition for obtaining qualitative education and full possession of specialty skills of the students studying within framework of State Program and execution of “State Program on study of Azerbaijan youth in foreign countries for 2007-2015” approved by Order No. 2090 dated April 16, 2007 of The President of Azerbaijan Republic.

According to number of proposal and appeals addressed by the students studying in abroad to The Ministry of Education, at the same time as a reult of the investigations made via diplomatic delegations of Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries, by purpose to ensure convenience in meeting the expenses according to inflation condition in the countries where they study and develop material condition of the students within framwork of State Proghram, change was made to monthly scholors of the students studying at USA, Switzerland and China by Decision No. 220 dated July 4, 2014 of Cabinet of Ministers since 2014- 2015 academic years.

As a result of change, amount of monthly scholars riched to 1900 US Dollar, but 1400 USA Dollar for other towns adding Los-Anceles, San-Fransisko cities in the list of the cities where life style is higher. At the same time, amount of monthly scholars riched to 1400 Euro and 1050 USA Dollar on Switzerland and China (Honkong and Shankhai cities).
