  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Presentaiton of the projects implemented in national contest under international program “Our Entrepreneurial Action” (Entrepreneurial Action Us- Enactus) has been held on May 31.

Projects, have been evaluated under “Enactus” criterias. According to evaluation’ results, the teams of Nakhchivan State University, Nakhchivan Private University Agricultural University of 11 teams joined in “Enactus” program for 2013-2014 years, became a finalists of contest. Obtaining the name of championship in tense contest, Nakhchivan State University obtained right to represent our country in World Cup contest to be held in Pekin, capital of China on October.
Winners have been awarded to the diplomas of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Ministry, the Youth Foundation and valuable prizes of several commercial bodies.
It should be noted that, international program “Our Entrepreneurial Action” has been created by USA universities in 1975. Name of program “Students in free entrepreneurial action” (Students in free enterprises– SİFE) till 2012. Performance of national contests started under program in several countries of world since 1996 and for the first time World Cup contest, has been organized in London in 2001. Azerbaijan joined in “SİFE–Enactus” program in 2005, obtained right to take part in World Cup contests from 2006. Nearly 50 countries, more than 1600 universities and more than 50 000 students joined in “Enactus” program around the world. 
Goal of performance of national contests on “Enactus” program, is to promote youth in entrepreneurial action, agitate free entrepreneurial idea among the students, develop organizational, management and team work skills of the students. Social importance of program- is development of people’ life and life standards, support in youth’ engagement and chnage of people’ lifes on positive direction via power of business. By purpose to make business negotiations on the sphere of contest business and education under “Enactus” program, it’s a platform created for youth.
Participant teams are divided into the leagues in national contest under “Enactus” program and struggle for victory. Winner is determined under innovative approachment, social effect of the projects, protection of ecological stndards, observing to business ethics, financial management, speech capability and other criterias.
