• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Press conference has been held on June 2 in The Ministry of Education.

Casarat Valehov, Head of Department for Work with NGO and Mass Media of The Ministry of Education, Ilham Agayev, Deputy Head of Human Resources Department, Emin Amrullayev, Head of Department for Assessment of Education Quality, took part in the event.
It was stated on displacement of the teachers who are currently functioning at the general education establishments and vocational lyseums from region (city) to other region (city) that, The Mnistry of Education started reception of e-appeals on displacement of the same teachers. Now, displacement process of the teachers who are currently working from region (city) to other region (city), will continue within June.
Relevant sections, have been placed on page of “Recruitment of the teachers” of official website (www.edu.gov.az) of The Ministry of Education in order to implement placement of the teacher. Reception of electronic applications of the teachers who want to change his work place, will be performed from June 1 to June 10.
It was informed in press conference that, reception of the documents regarding with (recognition of foeign diplomas and determination of equivalence) notification, is stopped from June 1 to September 1. During this period, only the appeals of person who is in active military service, studies within framework of State Program under state line and study in abroad, sumbits application to State Student Admission Commission, also civil service, are accepted.
Admission of special talanted children in I st grade premature, was touched upon in the event. According to “Rules on admission of special talanted children in I grade premature”, it applies to admission of special talanted pupils whose age is 6 years on September 16-31 every year, to I st grade premature. Selection of the same pupils and making a relevant decision, are performed by the commissions established in the secondary education establishments under ministry and regional (city) education sectors (in the departments). According to the “Rules”, the applications of the parents, are registered in the same organizations from July 20 to August 20. 
Infomation was given about declaration of II grant contest “Under support of public initiatives for NGO and education experts” in the event. It was stated that, further opinions on financing mechanism for implementation of the projects with NGOO’s and the experts functioning on education sphere, have been prepared and project contest hes baeen organized by purpose to ensure participation of different interested parties in the process of the projects implementing on education sphere.
It was informed about registration process to SABAH groups. It was stated that, 1800 students have been registered up today. This process is ongoing. Issue on finalization of examination process of school’ directors, was touched upon in press conference. Finally, the representatives of The Ministry of Education responded number of questions of the journalists.
