  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

The Ministry of Emergency Situatons held exhibition of children’ art contest “Emergency situations with childreen’ eyes” together with The Minityr of Education on May 31.

June 1- Mikayil Jabbarov The Minister of Education, Kamaladdin Heydarov, The Minister of Emergency Situations, Azad Rahimov, The Minister of Youth and Sport and other visitors, took part in the event dedicated to International Children's Day.
 Hand works of the pupils took part in republic children’ art contest “Emergent situations with childreen’ eyes” held from March 15- May 10, have been demonstrated in in exhibition organized in Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Visitors were acquianted with exhibition.  
  Winners of contest, have been declared within framework of exhibition. Winners, have been awarded to diploma and valuable prizes.
It should be noted that, works on the nominations “Paint”, “Poster” “Hand work”, “Soft toy”, “Fire and rescue equipment models”, have been presented to contest where the secondary schools of all town and regions of republic took part. 345 paintings, 211 posters, 81 model, 67 soft toy, 63 popems, have been sent to organizational committee of contest under the outcomes of town and regiona’ contests. These works, have been evaluated by jury that consist of the representatives of The Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Artists' Union, the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Writers Union and Azerbaijan State Academy of 23 of them kept I st place, 32 of them II nd, 28 of them III rd, 26 of them have been awarded to motivating prizes.
Tens of thousands of the pupils and circle members of art centers, took part in traditional contest held since 2011. Distinctive feature of contest organized in this year, was involvement of the pupils of boarding schools functioning under The Ministry of Education in this contest. Pupils of the same schools were on the list of the medalists takin part in contest succesfully.
Goal in organization of contest, is to form culture of safety life action in the children, educate young generation in the spirit of patriotism, as well as detect talanted children.
