Mikayil Jabbarov, The Minister of Education signed order “About approval of temporary Rules on transfer of the pupils from class to class in the secondary schools” on May 1.
Informing about Temporary Rules “About transfer of the pupils from class to class in education estalishments” it was noted, pupils of V, VIII and X classes who obtained annual “unsatisfactory” mark from four and more subjects as well as whose knowledges haven’t been evaluated due to absence in teaching sessions, will be kept in repeat class. Pupils of V, VIII və X class who obtained annual “Satisfactory” mark from three subject will be given summer tasks. Such pupils will be able to transfer in next class through passing re-examination from August 25 to September 10, otherwise they will be kept in exisitng class. Unique basic long term decease or school drop-outs are considered to be kept the pupils of primary schools in the same class.
Besides, pupil who obtained “unsatisfactory” mark from this or other subject in the second half-year can’t be given positive mark from the same subject. For the reasons not depending on them, evaluation of pupils’ knowledge on foreign language, information science, physical education, music, drawing subjects will not affect to transfer of them in upper class.
