  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

On March 15, in the hall "Guba" of "Hyatt Regency" hotel was held a meeting with the students outstanding success in education.

Minister of Education, having greeted participants of a meeting, has expressed the ideas on a special role and the importance of education in our life. Minister of Education has noted, that a meeting with the students, the differed successes in education, has great value as, from the point of view of, creations of groups SABAH, and with a view of acquaintance with formulas of success, problems and cares of students. Talking about the main objectives of reforms undertaken by the Government in the field of higher education of the country, the Minister has emphasized, that in the modern world the question of preparation of qualified personnel is actual.
He noted that the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by students in the learning process, is an important factor in their lives. This process allows students to enter the labour market with significant resources, which allows people to constantly improve their professional knowledge, able to withstand the competition. In short, every student from the beginning of the academic year should get used to learning throughout life. The Education Minister also noted that higher education is a global phenomenon and that there has never been such a number of people with higher education in the world. In this case, grows the weight of constantly updated knowledge and skills, but not diplomas. Therefore, universities should seriously weigh the responsibilities and parameters of the reporting, to optimize the opportunities provided by the financial independence and all should be aimed at improving the quality of education.
At the event, considering the big interest of students, was made a presentation of groups SABAH turned into a brand of higher education.
The meeting was attended by 120 students, distinguished achievements in academics from 22 universities. Numerous questions and offers of students have been heard by experts, the wide exchange of opinions on those or other problems of higher education took place.
At a meeting the following questions were discussed: the problems created by an academic load on non-professional knowledge; expansion of possibilities of mastering by practical knowledge; cooperation of students and teachers; perception of universities as 3 components-science, education and innovation; the increasing role of the student scientific communities and other problems. On the questions of students connected with possibilities of the introduction into groups SABAH from 3 or 4-th rate, with creation of uniform electronic library, with material support of universities and other concerns were answered in detail.
