  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

The Ministry of Education and the State Historical and Architectural Reserve "Icheri Sheher" have organized excursions to the National Historical and Architectural Reserve "Icheri Sheher" for students of the Baku general educational, primary vocational schools and boarding schools.

The main purpose of excursions, having long-term character, consists in granting to students of the detailed information about rich historical and is material - cultural monuments of the country.
At the excursions spent every day, to students tell the general information on the Maiden Tower and acquaint them with the museum exposition recently created inside of a tower. Then to the students who have familiarized religious-architectural Complex Syratagly, about the Caravanserais Bukhara and Multany, as well as with the Gate "Gosha Gala Gapylary", explain initial appointment of monuments, their architectural styles. The Shirvanshah complex is one of the brightest examples of east architecture, is also of great interest among the students.
At excursions proceeding with success, the much attention is given mutual integration of subject matters, taught in general educational institutions. During the excursions met by students with greater interest, they accept active participation in excursions, show more flexible and creative thinking.
All this is important from the point of view of improving the quality of education, revealing of potential of pupils, educating students in the spirit of patriotism and respect national-moral values.
Also, at excursions give detailed answers to all questions interesting students about material-cultural heritage and historical monuments of the country.
