  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

On March 11th, Yusif Yusibov, the appointed to a position of rector of the Ganja State University (GSU) by Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev, has been presented to collective of this educational institution.

The Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov, congratulated Yusif Yusibov with new appointment and wished him success in his future activities.
The minister said, that this is his fourth visit to Ganja during the past 10 months. Having emphasized, that election of Ganja "Youth capital of Europe" is a great success, he has noted, that we all are active participants in the successes achieved by independent Azerbaijan. Our state also has achieved a number of significant achievements in the field of education.
Having noted the importance of the project of Foundation Heydar Aliyev “New schools for the updated Azerbaijan”, the minister has told, that a question of preparation of highly skilled teachers - is one of the most important among the objectives.
Rector of the Ganja State University (GSU) Yusif Yusibov after welcoming the participants, noted that uses all his skills and knowledge for the justification of the high confidence rendered to him. The rector has expressed gratitude, to the President of the country Mr. Ilham Aliyev with a new appointment.
The Chief Executive of the city Ganja Elmar Veliyev having congratulated Yusif Yusibov with new appointment, has noted that GSU- is a higher education institution with a rich traditions. Having expressed confidence that the new management will introduce new spirit in the team, Elmar Veliev has noted that the resettlement of refugees from the student residences will lead to improvement of learning environments of training.
It should be noted that, Yusif oglu Amirali Yusubov graduated from the faculty of chemistry of Azerbaijan State University. In 1978 he became the candidate of chemical sciences, and in 1994, received a scientific degree of a doctor of chemical sciences. Author and co-author of 184 scientific and educational-methodical works.
