Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

On March 1, within the framework of cooperation of the Ministry of Education and the National Academy of Sciences meeting had been held with schoolchildren on the theme "Entertaining science", schoolchildren were demonstrated interesting experiments in physics and chemistry.

At the event organized in Shemakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasraddin Tusi, guests were greeted by the director of establishment, the corresponding member of ANAS (Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences) Eyyub Guliyev.

Then, the head of the department of public affairs of Central Apparatus of Presidium ANAS Said Guseynov declared that the Ministry of Education together with ANAS started in the regions promoting unity, "education - science" to the school students. The purpose of the actions starting in Shemakha, is an increase of interest of the young generation to science.

Then, the President of the Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS, Doctor of philosophy in the field of physics Famin Suleymanov noted the important role of similar activities in the direction of popularization tandem "education-science", a role young people in development of intellectual society. Stressed that it was important to join efforts in the direction of the development of youth interest in science. Noted that the effective use of the potential of young people and their involvement in science are priority directions.

And the Director of the Education Department of Shamakhi district Eyvaz Èminaliev spoke about the state support in the field of education. He noted, that in Shemakha about 12 000 school students are trained. Each year they participate in the subject Olympiads, in competitions for writing essays, the art of reading and in other competitions. After the presentations, the young scientists of institutes on Problems of Physics and Chemistry of NANA have demonstrated entertaining experiments, have given scientific explanation of experiments that caused the surprise of students. Information on the role of experiments in domestic living and production has aroused great interest from the students, were given answers to their numerous questions.
