Secondary special education
Provides training of qualified personnel in various arts and mass professions in accordance with the needs of society and the labor market on the basis of general secondary education. -
Higher education
Provides highly qualified specialist training based on full secondary education and secondary vocational education, taking into account the needs of society and the labor market. -
Special Education
Special education ensures the integration of people with disabilities into society, including their preparation for work and family life, by giving knowledge and skills based on state programs. -

Assessments and studies
Ongoing research by the Ministry of Education
Completion of “Project Competition for Public Initiatives Support” based on Order by the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 11, 2013, #842.
Evaluation of the submitted projects has been made by relevant work group.
The projects behind the pre-determined requirements of the competition have been eliminated at the initial stage of 2-stage evaluation. At the next stage the projects have been evaluated according to the relevant criteria.
As a result of competition, 18 projects have been positively evaluated, 13 for “Initiatives for education policy”, 5 for “Research initiatives in educational sphere”.
