Education is the future of the nation!
By Organization and Financial Support of the Ministry of Education 1000 Students of Different Universities of our Country to Participate in Solo Exhibition “Junction of Centuries” of the Azerbaijani People’s Artist Tahir Salahov held at the Heydar Aliyev Centre.
Students started to get acquainted with the exhibition.
The Ministry of Education will enhance such initiatives in future seriously affecting to the formation of high level aesthetic and philosophic – artistic taste of the students. Especially, the event held at the Heydar Aliyev Centre will enable the students to get acquainted with the rich interior composition of the Centre considered as a modern architectural pearl.
In the exhibition there are more than 100 works made in different periods including the latest ones by T.Salahov who raised the fine arts of Azerbaijan. Here includes the portrait of Heydar Aliyev, nationwide leader of Azerbaijani people, as well as portraits of notable artists such as Gara Garayev, Dmitry Shostakovich and Mstislav Rostropovich, works such as “To You, the Mankind”, “Aydan”, “Oilman’s portrait”, “Alagoz – Oriental Legend”, “Aydan – Oriental star”, Land of Fire Tryptich – “Temple of Fire Worshippers”, “Caspian Sea Today”, “Maiden Tower”. In the exhibition there are works by T.Salahov that demonstrated for the first time at the Heydar Aliyev Centre.
The exhibition achieved great interest by the country publicity will go on by November 6.
