  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

On September 5, Education Minister Misir Mardanov took part in a Traditional September Conference of Educators devoted to the 2012/2013 academic year and held in Gusar.

The conference was attended by MP Azer Badamov, heads of general education, preschool, extracurricular educational establishments, teachers and parents.  
Speaking at the opening of event, deputy head of Gusar Executive Power Office Elman Mustafayev welcomed the guests and congratulated educators on the beginning of new school year. He praised the years, when the national leader Heydar Aliyev was in power, as a period for revival of education and talked about reforms implemented in the education field over the past years due to attention and care provided by President Ilham Aliyev and support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Director of Gusar District Education Department Nifteli Farzaliyev gave a presentation on Results for 2011/2012 academic year and forthcoming duties. He talked about achievements gained in the past school year and shared his views on forthcoming duties.
Speaking at the event, Education Minister Misir Mardanov congratulated educators on the beginning of new academic year and wished them every success. Noting the great leader Heydar Aliyev had always respected teachers, and given a great importance to the education, the Minister talked about attention paid by President Ilham Aliyev to the development of science and education fields, as well as about care provided by him for educators. He also stressed projects implemented in this direction by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
According to the Minister, over the last years, news school buildings were constructed and opened in Gusar, as in all parts of the country. He highly praised the attention paid to the development of education in the region, and also pointed out existing problems along with gained achievements.
He talked about rationalization, curriculum reforms, teacher-student ratio, active participation of parents in the school life, and underlined serious responsibilities of heads and teachers of schools in dealing with such issues.
Graduates from Gusar, who have graduated from schools in 2011/2012 academic year and enrolled in universities with high scores were awarded presents at the event.
