The Ministry of Education and the Karabakh Revival Fund have signed a memorandum of understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education and the Karabakh Revival Fund on April 18.
The memorandum was signed by the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev and Chairman of the Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund Rahman Hajiyev.
The document is aimed to promote the process of transforming the liberated territories into a highly prosperous region through the implementation of joint projects and activities as part of cooperation.
The Memorandum of Understanding covers various issues related to the work performed, for example, support for the development of education, including the study and application of foreign experience, personnel research, promotion of public-private partnerships in education, promotion of a culture of donation in the relevant institutions using the educational system, and so on.
The agreement also provides for the dissemination of information among the participants of the education system and other interested persons and groups about the damage caused to the Karabakh region as a result of the occupation, as well as the implementation of joint activities related to the involvement of young people to participate in the ongoing projects.
During the meeting, Education Minister Emin Amrullayev and the Chairman of the Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund had a broad exchange of views on issues related to the projects planned for implementation under bilateral cooperation.
The parties noted that this cooperation would contribute to the creation of sustainable settlements and favorable living conditions in the liberated territories, as well as play an important role in the development of education there.
