Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry of Education and “ASAN Service”
On April 14, the Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education and State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN) in the event of “Skills for future: Together for future” of project “Skills for future”.
According to Memorandum, both authorities agreed on the provision of the sustainability of innovation ecosystem in our country, joint organization of innovation in the universities, joint measures in the direction of organization of state services in “ASAN Service” centers and digitalizing of services provided by the Ministry of Education.
As well as, it is planned to effectively organize the activity of “Science Baku” center to be established in the framework of joint activity implemented between “Turkish Technology Team” Foundation (T3 Foundation) and State Agency, to promote the start-ups in the universities in the framework of “Skills for Future” project, to form incubation and acceleration activity, to carry out joint activities on holding seminars and trainings by ASAN Innovative Development Center.
