Meeting between the representatives of Azerbaijan and Georgian Basketball Federations
On April 05, the President of Azerbaijan Basketball Federation Emin Amrullayev met with the President of Georgian Basketball Federation Viktor Sanikidze who visits our country.
Visiting Alley of Honor before the meeting, the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and prominent ophthalmologist scientist Zarifa khanum Aliyeva was respectfully commemorated, the wreath and flower bouquets were laid down in front of their graves. Then Alley of Martyrs was visited. The memory of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence of Azerbaijan was respectfully commemorated, the flowers were arranged over their graves.
Then the thoughts on the development of basketball and possible cooperation perspectives were exchanged, the works to be done together in future were discussed at the meeting attended by the officials of the federations.
