Two of the four double diploma programs implemented under the "State program to improve the international competitiveness of the Republic of Azerbaijan's higher education system in 2019-2023" refer to the master's degree level.

Thus, in order to obtain the title of a student in the double diploma programs held between Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and George Washington University in qualification of “Education and human capital development” and between ADA University and George Washington University in qualification of “Computer science and data analysis” and “Electricity and electric power”, it is necessary to participate in the first stage of the master's examination conducted by the State Examination Center.

You can also take the first step toward becoming a State Program student by participating in the master’s degree examination of the State Examination Center that will be held in February.
