A delegation from the Council of Higher Education of Turkey visits Shusha
A delegation from the Council of Higher Education of Turkey visited the city of Shusha. The delegation led by the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev included Nobel laureate Aziz Sanjar, chairman of the Council of Higher Education of Turkey Erol Ozvar, Turkish Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, Rector of UNEC Adalat Muradov and foreign researchers who came to our country within the UNEC Economic Forum.
As part of the visit, the guests visited historical sites in Shusha and saw many cultural monuments. They visited the Fortress Walls, Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque and Byulbyul House Museum.
The participants of the trip toured the Jidir Plain (Azerbaijani: Cidir duzu) and familiarized themselves with the restoration and reconstruction work carried out in Shusha.
