On November 24, Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev met with the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy.
The current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Russia in the field of education and prospects for future cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
