Minister of education holds meetings at Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Higher Education Council in Ankara
Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov had a meeting with deputy chair of the Commission on Education, Culture, Youth and Sport of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Burhanettin Uysal on February 22.
They discussed the development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the field of education based on friendly and brotherly relations of the two countries. They also exchanged views over the prospects for closer cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey in all areas.
Following the meeting Mikayil Jabbarov viewed the part of the parliament that was damaged during an attempted coup d`etat in Turkey on 15 July 2016.
Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov then met with chairman of the Higher Education Council of the Republic of Turkey Yekta Sarac. They discussed future areas of Azerbaijan-Turkey cooperation in the field of higher education.
