Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov met with chairman of the World Organization of the Scout Movement João Armando Gonçalves on December 2.
They discussed the issues of cooperation between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the World Organization of the Scout Movement in a number of areas.
