The students of SABAH groups became prize-winners in the international music competition
Vusal Aydemirov and Javid Azizov, second-year SABAH Groups' students of the Piano Department of the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli, successfully participated in the international competition “Global Fest Petersburg 2016”, held in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The competition was attended by the participants from 10 countries. The students of SABAH groups were awarded third place in 3 different categories (piano-duet, solo and ensemble).
It should be noted that the participants from Russia and Ukraine won first and second places respectively in the category "Solo", the participants from Russia and Japan won first and second places respectively in the category "Ensemble", and the participants representing Russia and Georgia won first and second places respectively in the category "Piano duet".
