“Development of community based pre-school education" project
Date of creation: 2017
Aim: To increase access to preschool education throughout the country, build cooperation between parents, community and school, and develop children's skills in the 4 domains of development.
Information: The project is implemented taking into account that early childhood education has a positive impact on the development of a child's social-emotional, fine and gross motor, and intellectual skills, laying the foundation for his or her performance at school and future success in the labor market.
Scope: Within the framework of the “Development of community-based preschool education” project, 1,600 community-based groups were organized in 1158 schools. Currently, 23,900 children aged 3-4 years are involved in these groups. They are taught and educated by 1470 teacher-educators.
