• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Change made in the reception schedule of Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of eduation in accordance with reception schedule of the habitants of Kurdamir, Hajigabul, Salyan, Neftchala, Bilasuvar and Jabrayil regions by central executive power’s leaders envisaged for january 12, 2015.

So, Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education will receive the habitants of Kurdamir, Hajigabul, Salyan, Neftchala, Bilasuvar and Jabrayil on january 26, 2015 at 11:00 in Heydar Aliyev Center in the Kurdamir. 
Citizens who want to participate in the reception, can be registered calling to phone no.146 of Call Center of The Ministry of Education (“Hot line” service) and appealing to e-mail http://www.edu.gov.az/view.php?lang=az&menu=contacts_qebul on January 22 and 23.
Citizens who have been registered for reception envisaged on january 12, 2015 will be received on january 26, 2015.
Registered citizens are kindly requested to appeal with application which reflects related issues in detailed while coming to reception.
