Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

On 26-th of December in the Ministry of Education held a council of 47-th İnternational Chemistry Olympiad”s Organizational Committee.

In this council participated co-workers of Ministry of Education, Baku city Education Department, Baku branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), representatives of Education Department”s regional and city branch offices, and also deputies directors of general education schools, which are  in subordination  of the Ministry.
In this council members of 47-th International Chemistry Olymiad”s Organizational Committee discussed problems and goals about organizing and making tour selections of candidates in order to accept  them  to the national team.
Was noted, that tour selections of candidates for the national team consist of 3 stages, and this team consists of Azerbaijani school students and will take part in 47-th International Chemistry Olympiad. Pupils of   X-XI  classes  will take part  in these tour selections.  On 18-th of January of 2015 will be conducted the first  tour selection. On this stage, pupils will receive 30 questions  and they will have   3 hours   for answering to these questions. According to district tour results, those pupils, who will take part in regional tour, will be determined by the specialists of Lomonosov MSU Baku branch.
On this meeting were given tasks and recommendations to the persons, who responsible for organizing of the tours and realizing considered measures of 47-th International Chemistry Olympiad.
First time International Chemistry Olympiad was organized  among the 5 countries in Czechoslovakia (at present time in Czech Republic)  in 1968. Last – 46-th Olympiad was organized  among the 75 countries in 2013, in the capital of   Vietnam, Hanoi, and in this Olympiad   participated 300 pupils.  Azerbaijani pupils started to take part in Olympiad  since  2002, and until present time they won 5 golden, 5 silver, 14  bronzed, generally 24 medals.
Organizational Committee of International Chemistry Olympiad made decision, that 47-th International Chemistry Olympiad will be organized during the period of 20-29 of July of 2015 in Baku. Ministry of Education signed appropriate order, in order to organize 47-th International Chemistry Olympiad, in which will take part 80 countries of world. Under chairmanship of professor Nargiz Pashayeva, rector of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Baku branch  was created the Organizational Committee.  At the same time, were approved the rules of  candidates selection for national team, which will take part in International Chemistry Olympiad.
