• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Theatrical concert program named after “Dostluq nağılı” held in Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre named after Samad Vurgun.

Up to 300 circle members demonstrated their skills in the concert held by organization of Nizami Child-Youth Creativity Center of Baku city of The Ministry of Education. Members of “Milli rəqs”, “Bal rəqsləri”, “Müasir rəqs” circles performed national and world nations’ dances.
Members of “Çiçəyim” child theatre studio revive tale heros like Shangulum, Shungulum, Dwarf, Ogre, Tig-tig khanum, Red cap, Buratino through travelling to the tale world. Theatre’s members also demonstrated fasion and young vocalists sounded new child songs.
Speeches of circle members met with interest, pupils endowed happy moments for the visitors.
Representatives of The Ministry of Education, The State Committee on Family, Woman and Child Problems. “Yarat” Modern Fine Arts Center, Nizami Executive Power, “British Council” organziation, creativity centers functioning in Baku, non-governmental organizations and mass media as well as parents of circle members took part in the concert.
It should be noted that, “Milli rəqs”, “Bal rəqsləri”, “Vokal”, “Mahnı teatrı”, “Rəsm”, “Çiçəyim” child theatre studio functioning in Nizami Child-Youth Creativity Center, efficient organization of leisure time of up to child, junior and young is ensured in the “Gənc aktyorlar”, “Gənc dizayner”, “Şahmat” and other circles.
By purpose to form children’ outlook, efficient organization of leisure times, detect talent and capabilities, different cultural actions are performed in the Creativity Center.
