• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education received the citizens living in Mingechaur city and Yevlakh, Barda, Agdash regions in the Heydar Aliyev Center in Mingechaur city.

The citizens mostly appealed on recruitment of the teachers or replacement of work place from one school to other one also from one region to other one, restoration to the work, recognition of educational documents, transfer of the students of higher and secondary schools from one educational institution to other one study fee and other issues in the reception held in accordance with citizens’ reception schedule of central executive powers’ leaders on town and regions for february, 2015.
Appeal of 71 citizens have been listened and most of probelems were settled immediately. Relevant authorities of ministry were instructed related to several appeals.
The appeals of some citizens that are personal or beyond of ministry’s power, were recorded and controlled to deliver in the relevant authorities.
