The Minister of Education Ceyhun Bayramov visited China
On April 25, Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov participated in the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing, China. The Minister made a speech at thematic forum entitled "Relations between nations" organized within the framework of the program.
During his speech Jeyhun Bayramov informed the participants on the reforms carried out in all areas of education within the State Strategy for Education Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the goals and objectives of the State Program on raising the international competitiveness of the higher education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023, activities in the field of education to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the cooperation between two countries in the field of education.
Miguel Ángel Moratinos UN Supreme Representative for Alliance of Civilizations, Henrietta Fore the UNESCO Executive Director, Filipe Nyusi the President of the Republic of Mozambique, Sui Kyi the State Councilor of the Union of Myanmar and Aleksandar Vucic the President of the Republic of Serbia also delivered speeches at the forum.
