President Ilham Aliyev viewed conditions created at new block of school No. 245 in Baku
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has viewed the conditions created at a new block of secondary school No. 245 in Khatai district in Baku.
Head of Baku City Executive Authority Hajibala Abutalibov informed the head of state of the work done here. He said the building was constructed in 1968. In 2014, the 1800-seat school was completely reconstructed. In 2014, the construction of a new block of the school started. It now has an enrollment of 2111 pupils in 80 classes.
The new block occupies an area of 2630 square metres. It has 20 classrooms and is capable of holding 579 pupils.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed the auditorium and gym.
The school employs 189 people, including 166 teachers.
