Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to amend the decree no. 149 of October 6, 2004 of the Cabinet of Ministers on approval of the unified budget classification of the Republic of Azerbaijan

To enforce paragraph 5.4 of Presidential Decree of February 10 of 2010 on “The use of the new funding mechanism for higher education institutions”, the Cabinet of Ministries of the Azerbaijan Republic hereby, hereby ordered as follows:
  
1. Make the following changes to the Supplement No.2 – “The functional classification of budget expenditures” approved by the order No. 149 of October 6 of 2004 of Cabinet of Ministries (Collection of Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic. No. 10, section 866, 2004; No. 3, section 303, 2006; No. 5, sections 463, 468; No. 8, section 731; No. 9, section 822, No. 11, section 994; 2007, No.1, section 50; No. 10, section 1021, No. 12, sections 1343, 1352; 2008; No. 2, section 130, No. 4, section 308, No. 10, section 936; 2009, No. 1, sections 22, 32; No. 2, sections 144, 150; No. 9, sections 736, 753).
1.1. Replace the words “stage” with the words “level” in I and II paragraphs of “Higher education” subsection of the “Education” section;
1.2. on the explanation part of Supplement for functional classification of budget expenditures:
1.2.1. Replace the words “stage” (in the both cases) in the section 4.5.0 with the words “level”;
1.2.2. Sections 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 should be given in the following edition:
4.5.1. The paragraph “First level of higher education” includes expenditures for ensuring staff preparation based on the per capita allocation principle according to the state order in the bachelor’s degree level of universities operating in the Azerbaijan Republic and on the base of higher medical education.   
4.5.2. The paragraph “Second level of higher education” includes expenditures for ensuring staff preparation based on the per capita allocation principle according to the state order on the master’s degree level of universities operating in the Azerbaijan Republic and the residency.  
2. The order comes into force from the signing day.
