• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

The meetings related to fall semester examinations started at UNEC

The first meeting was held under the motto "Knowledge is a transparent and objective assessment" at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). At the meeting, organized according to the Order of the Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov on "The organization and conduction of examinations", education experts and NGO representatives watched the progress of fall semester examinations.

Educations experts such as Shahlar Asgarov, Ajdar Agayev, Etibar Aliyev, Malahat Murshudlu, Nadir Israfilov, Boyukaga Mikayilli, Coordinator of Anti-Corruption Information and Cooperation Network of NGOs Alimammad Nuriyev, President of the Azerbaijan Internet Forum Osman Gunduz closely watched the examination process and spoke with students.

Then, the guests met with Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Professor Adalat Muradov.

At the meeting, it was noted that UNEC`s innovative management techniques were one of the main conditions for the training of specialists who meet the requirements of the current period. The guests said that the University entered a new phase in terms of evaluating the students' knowledge and it is advisable to use this experience in other higher education institutions. Highly appreciating the transformation of UNEC into the electronic university, the participants of the meeting emphasized that it provided support for the implementation of e-government policy of the state. It was also noted that the participation of 500 students in the examination within an hour and the use of electronic appeal were important factors for students to save time.

The examinations will continue until February 1 at UNEC. Favorable conditions were created for the participation of public representatives as observers in order to ensure objectivity and to protect transparency in the evaluation of students' knowledge throughout the examinations.
